Recipe for 2 Servings :
Ingredients
2 Packet MAGGI 2-Minute Noodles (Masala)
3 Tablespoon of mustard oil
1 Onion (Finely Chopped)
1/2 Tablespoon Ginger Garlic paste.
3 Green Chilies (Chopped).
100 gm prawn skinless..
1 Pinch of Salt to taste
1 Pinch of turmeric (Haldi)
1 Pinch of black pepper
Steps
Step 1
Prepare ingredients as mentioned in the list.
Heat the oil and sauté the onions until they are soft and light brown. Add Ginger Garlic paste, green chillies (chopped) and turmeric. Sauté, till the all mix has get softened.
Add the prawns and mix it well. Add salt to taste. After 5 min keep it aside for rest.
Boil 2 packet of MAGGI with 2 cup of water until it get half boiled. Add Maggi Masala into half boiled noodles and stare well. Then add prawn mix for further preparation. Give a well mix and sprinkle black pepper on it.
Serve hot.
